For our Ready-to-ship pre-designed collection on our online shop, there is no minimum order limit.

Each hamper is thoughtfully selected and put together following your requirements. Subsequently, the box usually ship in 4 to 7 business days! We advise choosing Express or Priority Shipping if you require a present to arrive on a certain day.

We take great care to make sure your present gets to you in excellent condition! Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to the nature of the things we include in our gift boxes. Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if, in the unlikely event, your gift box has arrived in less-than-perfect condition and include an unboxing video. for us to make it right with you. Express delivery in Tier 1 and metro areas are from 2- to 4-working-day range and
4 to 7 working days for standard shipping throughout India

On things that are delivered incorrectly or with defects, we do guarantee you a 7-day Replacement Guarantee. We would require a damaged box unboxing video.

Once the videos are received and inspected, we will notify you that we have verified the damaged goods.
Within 5 to 7 working days of receiving approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be given to your original mode of payment, less any applicable GST of 18%, shipping expenses, or transaction fees of 5%.
